By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the gbc2 platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of gbc2 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. gbc2 will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but such notification does not alter your obligation to review the current Terms prior to each use of the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or policies that may govern individual games, promotions, tournaments, or features offered through gbc2. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

To register and maintain an account on gbc2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are accessing gbc2 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of gbc2 or any affiliate, subsidiary, or related company;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by gbc2 or by PAGCOR;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional gambling operation;
• You have not previously had a gbc2 account suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms.

gbc2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or permanent closure.

Registration for a gbc2 account requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of gbc2 is true and correct.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible person is permitted to maintain only one (1) gbc2 account. The creation or maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. gbc2 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations using identity data, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method information. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All accounts except the first verified account may be closed without notice;
• Any bonuses or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts shall be voided;
• Winnings generated using bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited;
• The primary account may also be reviewed for compliance violations.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA), gbc2 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to submit any documents requested by gbc2 for KYC purposes, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Account Currency

All gbc2 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. gbc2 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbc2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out fully from gbc2 when using shared or public devices;
• Notify gbc2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to use your gbc2 account for any purpose.

gbc2 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any communication purporting to come from gbc2 that requests your password, OTP, or full card number should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

5.1 Deposits

gbc2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), select cryptocurrency wallets, and other payment channels as made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.

Deposits are credited to your gbc2 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. gbc2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment method must match the name on your verified gbc2 account. Deposits from accounts held in the name of another person will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your gbc2 account or to a verified account in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Account standing in good order with no open disputes or fraud investigations;
• Minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500 unless otherwise stated.

gbc2 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 10–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are targets only and may vary during periods of high volume or technical maintenance. gbc2 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by AMLA regulations.

5.3 Transaction Fees

gbc2 does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and PayMaya deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are outside gbc2's control and will not be reimbursed.

gbc2 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in non-withdrawable form and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion and are binding;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• gbc2 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — sharing or transferring bonus funds between accounts is prohibited;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with gbc2 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity;
• Registering an account using false or third-party identity information;
• Accessing gbc2 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such vulnerability must be reported to gbc2 support immediately;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gbc2 staff or other players through any communication channel;

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gbc2 account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works of any gbc2 Content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gbc2 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Costs of substitute services;
• Interruption of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances outside gbc2's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in game software caused by certified game providers, to the extent such errors are outside gbc2's control.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, gbc2's total liability to any individual user for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbc2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at gbc2.cam/privacy-policy.

By creating a gbc2 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with AMLA obligations, and personalized communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

You may close your gbc2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course. Bonuses and promotional credits that have not been converted to withdrawable funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

gbc2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms or any applicable game or promotion rules;
• The account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• Continuing to operate the account would constitute a regulatory or legal compliance risk for gbc2.

Where an account is closed by gbc2 for compliance reasons, any balance held in the account will be dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and your use of gbc2 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of gbc2 shall first be referred to gbc2's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with jurisdiction determined by applicable Philippine procedural rules.

Disputes relating to gbc2's compliance with PAGCOR licensing conditions may also be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint handling procedures.

gbc2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where more immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of gbc2 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using gbc2 and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 above.

The version of these Terms dated January 2026 supersedes all prior versions. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version of these Terms and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
